Martin,
is an IIB Associate, an IoD Committee Member, a Fellow of the ISMM, a
Chartered Fellow and main board Director & Trustee of the CILT, an emda

Executive’s Master Coach. Martin’s 30+ years of business experience include

Chris has a
Masters Degree in Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer with 30+ years of
operational management experience, including business, strategic and
continuity planning; change management; business excellence; training;
coaching; mentoring; IT and quality. He has held senior appointments in
military and business careers, is a Member of the Chartered Management
Institute (MCMI), a Trustee of a local charity, involved in Young Enterprise
activities and is a qualified Mentor. With a breadth of vision across many
sectors, he works with SMEs at their business crossroads, helping them to
make great decisions and move forwards effectively along their chosen path.
Speciality: Manufacturing David Armitage
With
many years experience within the manufacturing industry, David has been
responsible for manufacturing, logistics, export and quality for large,
corporate organisations up to board level. Hence he has a wide spectrum of
skills to draw on to enhance the profit and performance of any company that he
becomes involved with.
Speciality: Finance, Company Turnaround, Cost Reduction Geoff Jackson
Specialising
in finance (particularly unsecured finance) and financial strategy, cost
reduction, cashflow management, company turnaround and growth. Have owned and
been involved with SMEs for over 25 years helping them with cashflow
management, cost reduction and subsequent growth plans. The assistance
provided is strategic in nature and covers all areas of business development,

Speciality: Strategic business development and marketing Peter Smith
With
a broad business background, Peter has over twenty five years’ experience in
the IT industry with eleven of those as Sales and Marketing, Technical
Services and Business Development director for some of the major IBM Business
Partners in the UK. He has experience in recruiting, managing, training,
motivating, targeting and running sales and marketing teams at the forefront
of business growth. Today, through his Blueprint Strategic Planning programme,
he focuses on supporting SME’s in the planning for their strategic development
with an emphasis on their marketing activities. He firmly believes that
companies should have a clear plan for their future if they are to be
successful.
Speciality: Sales Andrew Barter
Andrew
has an honours degree from Manchester University in Genetics & Cell Biology
and experience in the Electronics and Agricultural machinery sectors. He has
held senior positions in purchasing, product management, marketing, sales
and customer service. In the last ten years he has spent five as Sales and
Marketing Director in a family owned electronic component distribution
business, two as Sales Director in an electronics plc and three as Director
of a business consultancy. Andrew is a Member of the Chartered Management
Institute (MCMI).
