In addition, compared to other banks, RBS-NatWest take a very pragmatic approach in addressing issues that exist within their clients in today's market place.
MGBA provide the "business support" to RBS-NatWest clients that is required outside of the financial aspects of business that banks are more than able to address.
This works very successfully providing a holistic view of a business with the sole aim of developing sustained, profitable growth in any organisation that engages our services.
In addition we have developed a start up programme aimed at new companies achieving success in the first 12 months of their business.
Currently under development, MGBA are due to launch a strategic growth programme that addresses those companies that have been in business for a number of years and seem to have stagnated, not being able to take that next step in growing turnover and profitability.
